On Instagram (@ASLMeredith), I generally have four types of learning content:

• Feed Videos teach a specific concept -- this might be a single sign, or a set of signs that are often confused by beginners.
• Story Videos include me signing about my pretty normal life (eg: what I did that weekend), with tiny captions, so you can watch and test your receptive skills!
• Story images share information and resources from other great accounts to learn from about ASL and Deaf topics.
• Fingerspelling Fridays are my most popular posts. In these feed videos, I fingerspell three (or sometimes four, five) words. These might be names, brands... anything!  The first clip is at regular speed, and then you can swipe through the videos to see it at half speed or beginner pace.  Then sometimes there's also a fourth video explaining the words and/or teaching relevant signs to match them.
